Abstract: Reports arrival on winter grazing range to east of delta of Mackenzie river, Northwest Territories in late March/early April of reindeer herd bought from Alaskan corporation. Herd, to form nucleus of meat and hide supply for Eskimos in far northerly areas of Canada, commenced 1000-mile journey from Napaktoolek in December 1929; see also Beaver, 1934, 264(4), p.26-28.
