| Abstract: | Area lies between Härjedal and Dalarna. It was undisturbed by wild reindeer, but in 1960s feral deer started grazing there and by 1972 numbered several thousands, with serious damage, e.g. 90% of lichen gone, erosion and drying-out. Report describes statistical methods used and biotopes affected. |
