Abstract: Account of 16-man climbing expedition sailing to Antarctic Peninsula via Falkland Islands and Deception Island. Made second ascent of Mount Johnston, following 1957 route via Reclus Peninsula and Bayly Glacier pioneered by Wally Herbert's support team led by Dick Foster. Climbed number of minor peaks around Paradise Harbour and visited Elephant Island, conducting geological sampling, examining possible heritage site for Scott Polar Research Institute and scaling Mount Pendragon.
