| Abstract: | Presents study of sedimentary outwash scarp as a root zone of Drawa outwash plain of Pomeranian Phase of Vistulian glaciation. Scarp was created during stagnant phase with significant ablation which released large quantities of mineral mass and meltwater. Describes morphology of scarp and structural and textural measurements made in deposits. Analyses lithofacies. Identifies two kettle holes in hinterland which reveal first phase of ice mass disintegration after period of stagnation. |
