Abstract: US revenue steamer Corwin returned from Alaska with US Army Signal Office party which had explored head-waters of Atnah river to Sarranah, descended to Yukon and followed to sea. Corwin also brought back English travellers Garland and Beatty who had crossed from Mackenzie to Yukon rivers. Brief details of work carried out by Corwin.
