Abstract: A second station to be established in Novaya Zemlya, with Lieutenant Andreyev as head of station. News also of Danish expedition to Godshaab (rather than originally intended Upernavik) under A. Paulsen, a Dutch meteorological station at mouth of Yenisei at Dicksonshavn, and arrival of two United States expeditions at Lady Franklin Bay and Point Barrow. See also Royal Geographical Society.
