Includes distribution and abundance of krill; possible sources of Antarctic bottom water in region; measurements of primary production; surveys of zooplankton and phytoplankton community structure; and sighting surveys of seabirds and cetaceans. Discusses marine ecosystem off East Antarctica, and environmental features determining productivity. |
