| Abstract: | During Norgga Sáráhkkás national gathering, Ellen Gaup of Kautokeino described Saami women's changing place in reindeer herding, especially with new administrative measures in 1978, which blurred distinctions between family and business units and led to plenty of paperwork. Her generation, nearly 50 then, suffered greatest changes, but younger herders have many problems. |
