Record #163650:

Distribution law of directional anisotropy in Kviarjökull ice tongue / Maria del Carmen Dominguez, Adolfo Eraso.

Title: Distribution law of directional anisotropy in Kviarjökull ice tongue / Maria del Carmen Dominguez, Adolfo Eraso.
Author(s): Dominguez, Maria del Carmen.
Eraso, Adolfo.
Date: 2002.
Abstract: From investigations into anisotropy of Kviarjökull ice tongue, Vatnajökull ice cap, Iceland in 1999, estimates subglacier and endoglacier drainage, close to actual distribution. Decides that law of directional anisotropy is intrinsic property of each glacier and though glacier moves forward, geodesic positions of endoglacier conduits remain fixed.
