| Abstract: | Describes Macrobiotus denticulus sp. nov., new tardigrade from sub-Antarctic Îles Kerguelen. This species, a bisexual diploid, belongs to hufelandi-complex and differs from similar taxa mainly by its unique tooth-like structure in anterior part of buccal tube, and characteristics of egg shell. |
