| Abstract: | Two measurement techniques were compared: maximum diameter on moraines and actual diameter on 100 randomly selected boulders. They give same results if used consistently. Data from 1970s and 2000s were added to increase number of calibration surfaces. New calibration curve shows that age of Little Ice Age moraines was underestimated by up to 30 years in 1970s study. |
