Abstract: In area, aerial photography shows sparse but significant rock slope failures, with Rissa one of largest in northern Europe, having volume of 42 Mm³. Famous Giant Boulder Deposit is its rock avalanche. Fall, and neighbouring Vassivagge failure, may indicate concentrated late stage glacial erosion.
