Abstract: Account of 2001 Top of the World Expedition to Peary Land, North Greenland. In addition to making the first ascent of John Denver Peak, claimed as the highest unclimbed peak in the world's northernmost mountain range, a semi-submerged rock was located north of Oodaaq Island, previously believed to be the northernmost land on Earth.
