Abstract: Argues against conclusions of OECD and Home Rule reports. Typical issue is abolition of uni-price for Greenland. Questions whether privatisation will guarantee development of skills, whether Greenlanders will have genuine say in management and what would happen in case of failure. Greenland Air prices, in absence of competition, rocketed when cross-subsidies went. Other cases, somewhat muddying issue, are Kimik IT, Rodebay Fish and Nuuk Seafood. Sipeneq case is described in next article.
