| Abstract: | Recent data collected from north and central Kara Sea by sonar scanning and sediment coring permits unravelling of seismo-stratigraphic features of Quaternary deposits, outlining LGM ice sheet limits and patterns of riverine drainage in northern Kara Sea. Study of strata diamicton and bedrock may illustrate patterns of ice sheet flow and riverine networks. |
