Abstract: Fast method was developed by combining Landsat-5 Thematic Mapper satellite data and digital elevation model. Method combines correction for atmospheric effect and correction for topography with radiation model. This was tested from April to September from 1995 to 1998 with 9 images. Method uses limited inputs, no expensive software and, because of topographic correction, is very good fit.
