Rosing has chosen to live in Denmark "I see myself more as observer of Greenlandic culture than as bearer of it". He describes his various techniques, including oral story-telling, tricks of angakkoq (shaman) to make noises or predictions, and explains idea of inua (soul of design) governing his modifications of existing objects.
