Establishing snowmelt runoff simulating model using remote sensing data and GIS in the west of China / J. Wang, W. Li.
Title: | Establishing snowmelt runoff simulating model using remote sensing data and GIS in the west of China / J. Wang, W. Li. |
Author(s): | Wang, J. Li, W. |
Date: | 2001. |
In: | International Journal of Remote Sensing. (2001.), Vol. 22(17) (2001) |
Abstract: | Uses watershed of Qushenan in upper reaches of Yellow River as test basin, producing estimate of snow cover in different zones and in whole basin. Simulates snowmelt runoff from different zones and computes this by weighting coefficients. Results show this approach is both significant and practical. |
Notes: | International Journal of Remote Sensing. Vol. 22(17) :3267-3274 (2001). |
