Abstract: Predicts generation, passage and surface expression of structural forms at glacier, using three-dimensional stress and strain fields from high-resolution flow modelling of Haut Glacier d'Arolla, Switzerland. Deposition-transport-exposure tracking allows location of ice initially deposited at any defined location on glacier to be identified, useful in interpreting ash and isotopic horizons within glacier.
