Abstract: | Based on study of primary materials, re-examines 1925 expedition to North Greenland led by Donald B. MacMillan. During expedition 30,000 sq. miles of the High Arctic were overflown, much by Richard Byrd, whose first polar expedition this was. Expedition was also notable for its pioneering use of radio using technology developed by Eugene F. McDonald. |
