Temperature influence on Arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus L.) antibody response to a cellular antigen / Ingibjörg E. Einarsdóttir, Kjell J. Nilssen, Svein O. Øren, Martin Iversen.

Title: Temperature influence on Arctic charr (Salvelinus alpinus L.) antibody response to a cellular antigen / Ingibjörg E. Einarsdóttir, Kjell J. Nilssen, Svein O. Øren, Martin Iversen.
Author(s): Einarsdóttir, Ingibjörg E.
Nilssen, Kjell J.
Øren, Svein O.
Iversen, Martin.
Date: 2000.
In: Polar Biology. (2000.), Vol. 23(4) (2000)
Abstract: To detect immune responses in relation to temperature, groups were subjected to 9 deg.C and 4 deg.C regimes and to decrease from one to the other just before immunisation with sheep red blood cells. Antibody titres were then measured.
