| Abstract: | Presents results of measurements of components of soil-surface energy balance (radiation balance, sensible heat flux, latent heat flux, and ground heat flux) taken during 1994/95 summer season. Includes data on soil temperature profile, and discusses consequences of energy balance on temperature conditions of soil substrata. First time these complex measurements have been taken in central part of South Shetlands Archipelago. |
