In: Ice in surface waters. Proceedings of 14th International Symposium on Ice, Potsdam, NY, USA, 27-31 July 1998. (1998.),
Abstract: Describes ice conditions in Ob Bay January 1995 and April 1995 from information from joint US/Russia expeditions. First showed possibilities of extending navigation season, second charted how ship's track had changed during winter. Whilst improving understanding of icebreaker performance and changes in ice conditions in this area, results raised more questions than answers.
