Record #152699:

Effect of uncertainties in measured variables on the calculated mass balance of Storglaciären / Peter Jansson.

Title: Effect of uncertainties in measured variables on the calculated mass balance of Storglaciären / Peter Jansson.
Author(s): Jansson, Peter.
Date: 1999.
In: Geografiska Annaler. Series A. Physical Geography. (1999.), Vol. 81A(4) (1999)
Abstract: In special issue on Methods of Mass Balance Measurements and Modelling. Shows that measurement of total mass balance on Storglaciären, Sweden, is not sensitive to variations in parameters such as density conversion model, systematic snow probing error and ablation gradient calculation. Finds that choice of method determines fields to which data are applicable.
