| Abstract: | Investigates methane production and emission in polygonal tundra on Taymyr Peninsula during summer 1996, measuring in situ methane emission several times per day between July and September at typical polygonal tundra site. Additionally, carries out measurements at different plots along transect through the investigated valley to determine variability of methane emissions of whole polygon area. |
