Abstract: Finds ³⁶Cl peak at about 37 ka BP in Guliya ice core, Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Comparison with ice cores from Antarctica and Greenland indicates peaks of cosmogenic isotopes are global and can be used in dating ice core. 37 ka global event coincided with cold period.
