Abstract: Article describes lifestyle of still nomadic, caribou hunting Inu of Labrador. He is specially interested in shape of their tents and how stoves have affected their shape. He holds theory that radiant heat is very important for their comfort, since it is electromagnetic by nature, so gets reflected off tent warm interior. According to theory, the further north one goes, the more outline changes from conical tepee to ellipsoid, in order to reflect more heat.
