Title: | Postglacial depositional history of the Laptev Sea: mineralogy and sedimentology / Bernhard Peregovich. |
Author(s): | Peregovich, Bernhard. |
Date: | 1999. |
Language: | German. |
In: | Berichte zur Polarforschung = Reports on Polar Research. (1999.), Vol. 316 (1999) |
Abstract: | Reports on modern and past sediment transport from Siberian hinterland to Laptev Sea by mineralogical and sedimentological investigations. Analyses concentrates on recent and Holocene sediments as well as on sea-ice sediments from Laptev Sea. Confirms considerable influence of coastal erosion on present-day sediment budget of Laptev Sea. |
