Record #151790:

Diatom-based transfer functions for inferring past climatic and environmental changes in Alaska, U.S.A. / Irene Gregory-Eaves, John P. Smol, Bruce P. Finney, Mary E. Edwards.

Title: Diatom-based transfer functions for inferring past climatic and environmental changes in Alaska, U.S.A. / Irene Gregory-Eaves, John P. Smol, Bruce P. Finney, Mary E. Edwards.
Author(s): Gregory-Eaves, Irene.
Smol, John P.
Finney, Bruce P.
Edwards, Mary E.
Date: 1999.
In: Arctic, Antarctic, and Alpine Research. (1999.), Vol. 31(4) (1999)
Abstract: Primary objective is to assess potential of surface sediment diatom assemblages from 51 calibration lakes along north-south transect through State for climatically-influenced environmental gradients. To this end, identifies environmental variables best explaining diatom species distributions.
