| Abstract: | Presents empirical relationship between broadband glacier albedo and narrowband glacier albedos in Landsat TM bands 2 and 4, respectively, enabling users of Landsat TM data to estimate broadband albedo on basis of narrowband albedos without having to classify glacier surface. Measurements made on Morteratschgletscher in 1996 and 1997. |
