| Abstract: | 90 people trekked around Tasermiut Fjord area just before it was opened to tourism, and made various surveys to get better idea of its future use. Transport up fjords was by RM Geminis and WW2 landing craft, and experience was gained of Greenland weather, river crossing and approaches to Inland Ice, but conditions prevented excursions on it. |
