Abstract: Presents evidence that geoelectric field at Vostok, Antarctica, is modulated by duskward component of Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF By) when Vostok rotates under region magnetically linked to dayside interaction region between solar wind and Earth's magnetic field.
