Abstract: Proposes combination of energy balance model for surface melt, operating on hourly time step and accounting for changing spatial distribution of melt through day as shading patterns change, and routing procedures that transfer surface melt to moulins on basis of glacier surface gradients, then route water through reconstructed conduit systems using hydraulic sewer-flow routing procedure.
