Ur jämtlandssamernas historia 149. Man är väl same även om man inte "lever samiskt"! / Lars Thonasson.

Title: Ur jämtlandssamernas historia 149. Man är väl same även om man inte "lever samiskt"! / Lars Thonasson.
Translated title: From Jämtland's Saami history 149. One is a true Saami even if one does not "live Saami fashion"!.
Author(s): Thonasson, Lars.
Date: 1998.
Language: Swedish.
In: Samefolket. (1998.), Vol. 79(8) (1998)
Abstract: Fenny Jonsson-Paulsson lives near, but still far from what neighbourhood considers "Saami". Her grandfather Lars Kråik had renewed Handölsfjäll when he and his wife took up reindeer herding in 1916. She spent much of her childhood with relatives in Handölsdalen settlement. But she has not had much time to teach her children Saami, nor has she her mother's skills in reindeer matters. For her, mountains are for refreshment. She has worked on Samefolket, been warden of mountain hut in Sareks National Park and now sells tourism for Å.R.E.AB. To be Saami should be to be adaptable.
