Shavlov.
Translated title: Ice property at high concentration of structure defects.
Author(s): Shavlov, A. V.
Date: 1997.
Language: Russian.
In: Kriosfera Zemli. (1997.), Vol. 1(1) (1997)
Abstract: Observes stages of ice deformation through heating in different types of ice. Shows growth of electro-conduction at time of release and relaxation of structure defect (release defect being non-equilibrium Bjerrum), and increase of optical in density through pulse radiolysis, interpreting this as yielding of trapped electrons. Helps understanding of acceleration mechanism of chemical reaction in solutions of frozen water.
