Record #145584:

Sensitivity of a two-layer model atmosphere to changes in ice-sheet topography / Charles S. Jackson.

Title: Sensitivity of a two-layer model atmosphere to changes in ice-sheet topography / Charles S. Jackson.
Author(s): Jackson, Charles S.
Date: 1997.
In: Annals of Glaciology. (1997.), Vol. 25 (1997)
Abstract: Tests sensitivity of two-layer model to changes in geometry of Laurentide ice sheet following collapse of Hudson Bay ice dome, demonstrating result of removal of dome led to further cooling of 4° C over North Atlantic. Suggests fluctuations in ice-sheet topography could have contributed to climate variability shown in geologic record.
