Record #145576:

Impact of ocean circulation on regional polar climate simulations using the Arctic Region Climate System Model / David A. Bailey, Amanda H. Lynch, Katherine S. Hedström.

Title: Impact of ocean circulation on regional polar climate simulations using the Arctic Region Climate System Model / David A. Bailey, Amanda H. Lynch, Katherine S. Hedström.
Author(s): Bailey, David A.
Lynch, Amanda H.
Hedström, Katherine S.
Date: 1997.
In: Annals of Glaciology. (1997.), Vol. 25 (1997)
Abstract: Describes extension of model giving higher resolution of regional climate for use in polar areas. Simulations will allow investigation of feedbacks involved in fresh-water runoff from sea-ice melt and transport. Shows definition of mixed-layer depth has significant impact on ice thermodynamics.
