| Abstract: | Paper describes several cases in period, when even simple-mindedness did not necessarily excuse blasphemy. Saami were among assessors from beginning and could be whole panel. They could also go to law against one another. On the whole, blasphemy was treated as more dangerous than "civil" disobedience. Cases sent to higher courts often had punishments reduced. |
