| Abstract: | Weekly samples at Station Nord are analysed for SO₂, SO₄²⁻, total phase of oxidised and reduced nitrogen and heavy metals. Sources seem to be: crustal (soil) which peaks in spring and summer, marine (from storms) which peaks in winter, anthropogenic with large winter peak of Arctic Haze, and anthropogenic metals. Sulphur pollution is discussed. |
