| Abstract: | Study was to investigate and characterise OC pattern in stock and to compare with results on persistent organic pollutants in southern hemisphere whales. Gradients for PCB's and DDT's were drawn up, and sex associations measured from 72 blubber samples. More detail would emerge if migratory behaviour or possible geographical segregation by age and sex were better known. |
