| Abstract: | Distribution and abundance of Branta leucopsis staging in northern Iceland were determined in May 1987 and 1994. 70% was located in both years, differently placed. Over 80% were feeding on improved agricultural pasture and some on riverine and coastal grasslands. No differences in habitat use or feeding behaviour were noticed between years. |
