Abstract: Article consists of extracts from diary of Povl Jensen, who spent year from July 1935 around Scoresby Sound, reconnoitring for Pan Am, partly from Bulldog. Table gives weather observations over year. Jensen's choice on Scoresby Sound was never used. After Imperial Airways' flying boats on southerly route came WW2 station near Ammassalik, and now hops are longer.
