Abstract: In 1987 Greenland National Museum carried out archaeological survey in Arnangarnup Qoorua south of Kangerlussuaq in connection with plans for mineral prospecting in area. While mapping archaeological features, several Palaeo-Eskimo sites were discovered. Angujaartorfik is of particular interest for several reasons. Results of preliminary investigations are presented, with thoughts on Saqqaq exploitation of inland hunting resources.
