Abstract: Ground-based observation by differential UV-Visible spectroscopy at twilight during full winter of 1993/94 at Reykjavík (64 degN, 23 degW) are presented. No direct evidence of ozone depletion was seen, but significant amounts of OCIO were seen in December and January, when NO₂ was at annual minimum. NO₂ columns were found to be controlled by hours of light and modulated by lower stratosphere temperature.
