| Abstract: | Thermal oceanity index is calculated for defining oceanity and continentality on global scale. Because of high correlation between index and precipitation in Arctic, index also characterises value of transfer of heat and humidity in area. Pacific is shown to have very little influence on heat and humidity in Arctic compared with Atlantic. |
