| Abstract: | Combined acoustic and bottom trawl survey to obtain indices of abundance and estimates of length and weight at age has been carried out each winter since 1981. Target species are cod and haddock, but recently indices for redfish and Greenland halibut have been included. Since 1993 area has been extended to north and east to cover more younger cod. |
