Abstract: Data is based on 27 stations. Highest ranges occur over continental parts of Canadian and Russian Arctic far from Atlantic and Pacific. Lowest range (<5-6°C) are in Norwegian Arctic, especially where no sea ice. Annual course links with season of much cloud. In most of Arctic range has decreased over last decades.
