Abstract: | Describes use of coastal habitats by Canada and Atlantic brant geese in area affected by La Grande hydroelectric complex. Aerial and ground surveys carried out to determine patterns of habitat use in spring, summer and fall. Stomach content analysis used to establsh diet composition and food preferences. |
