Record #139367:

Modelling and measuring evapotranspiration in a mountain birch forest / Magnus Ovhed, B. Holmgren.

Title: Modelling and measuring evapotranspiration in a mountain birch forest / Magnus Ovhed, B. Holmgren.
Author(s): Ovhed, Magnus.
Holmgren, B.
Date: 1996.
In: Ecological Bulletins. (1996.), Vol. 45 (1996)
Abstract: Combination of measurements, empirical relations and four-layer model based on Penman-Monteith equation was used on medium density mountain birch forest during 1988 and 1989. From climate records 1913-1994 summer evapotranspiration is higher than precipitation, assuming same leaf index. Prevailing soil moisture is high on average.
Notes:

Ecological Bulletins. Vol. 45 :31-44 (1996).

In issue: Plant ecology in the subarctic Swedish Lapland, edited by P.S. Karlsson and T.V. Callaghan.
