| Abstract: | Five stations collected data, plotted as time-series for 1990 to 1995. Daily and monthly maximum values are shown, as is large annual variation at high latitudes. Sources of error are discussed. Systematic uncertainty can be eliminated only by better apparatus. Error magnitude is about 10%. |
